Once your first appointment is scheduled you will receive a Welcome email prompting you to click the included link to sign-in to your Client Portal for the first time.

Simple Practice is the HIPAA-compliant software we use at our practice. All clients have access to their Client Portal. All you need is your email to sign in! From your Client Portal you can complete your initial forms as well as request or cancel appointments.
