At Clear Water Wellness, we believe therapy is an investment in your well-being — and we are committed to making the process as clear and supportive as possible.

  • Initial Intake Session: $125.00*

  • Ongoing Therapy Sessions: $125.00*

Sessions are typically an hour long and payment is due at the time of service.

Clear Water Wellness operates as an out-of-network practice, allowing us to provide high-quality, individualized care without restrictions imposed by insurance contracts.

We provide superbills upon request for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance.

If finances are a concern, we encourage you to reach out! If you have questions about fees, reimbursement, or what to expect, our team is happy to discuss options and walk you through it—no pressure, no surprises.

Cancellations, Late Cancels, and No Shows

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a late cancel and you will be responsible for a late cancellation fee. Late cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to the $85.00 fee IF NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Please be advised that any attempts to cancel an appointment via phone call or text outside of our normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00am-7:00pm) will be acknowledged and addressed at the beginning of the next business day, and you may still be subject to the late cancellation fee. To avoid any complications with cancellations, we encourage you to utilize the patient portal, as it ensures timely processing of your request. Any missed sessions will be considered a no show and you will be responsible for the $85 no show fee. In the event of late cancellations or no shows, your credit card on file will be charged for the late cancellations or no shows fee. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we try to be as flexible as possible. However, excessive late cancellations or no-shows may result in a modified agreement regarding our late cancel/no-show policy.
