Hi, I’m Asia! I recently graduated with my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University. I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist who values creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity and a collaborative mindset, meeting you where you are and working together to support meaningful growth. I use evidence-based practices with a genuine, down-to-earth style, helping clients navigate challenges while also recognizing their strengths. To me, a strong therapeutic relationship has authenticity, trust, and connection, and I strive to make each session feel both supportive and empowering.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy the simple things that help me recharge and stay grounded. You can often find me curled up with a good book, practicing photography, or spending time outdoors trying to stay active. I also appreciate a cozy night in, unwinding with an exciting show and snuggling with my cat. My interests reflect my belief in the importance of balance, self-care, and finding joy in everyday life — values I bring into my work with clients.

I treat children, adolescence, adults, and geriatric populations experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, grief/loss, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and neurodivergence such as autism spectrum disorder/ADHD. Trauma and grief are two of my main interests as I explore professional certifications and gain experience for licensure.

Treatment Methods:

PCT (Person-Centered Therapy)

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)

Positive-Self Talk and Mindfulness are integral parts of my process.
