Students do best when the systems around them are connected. We work within the systems that surround children and adolescents to create more connected, responsive, and supportive environments. By bringing services into schools and partnering with the people who support students every day, we help create environments where students feel understood, supported, and able to succeed.
School-Based Services
Our services are tailored to each individual school and may include individual therapy, small group therapy, professional development for staff, student assemblies, PBIS collaboration and support, and participation in IEP and SAP meetings. Through collaboration, advocacy, and a strong commitment to relationship-building, we work alongside schools to create meaningful support systems that help students, staff, and families thrive.
If you are an administrator interested in bringing services into your school, please contact us using our inquiry form or email us for more information.

What We Provide
-
Direct mental health support within the school environment to help students navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and academic challenges while building skills for overall well-being.
Services focus on building skills such as emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy coping strategies, with referrals accepted from staff, caregivers, and student support teams to ensure students can access support when needed.
-
Family therapy and parent/caregiver sessions are available as needed to strengthen communication, consistency, and support across home and school environments.
Services may include psychoeducation, collaboration around treatment goals, and guidance in implementing safety planning and behavior management strategies at home.
-
Collaborating closely with school personnel to better understand student needs and develop practical, relationship-centered strategies for support.
Services may include crisis response, safety and treatment planning, re-entry planning following hospitalization or extended absences, participation in MTSS, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing progress monitoring. We also provide consultation on classroom strategies and individualized student supports, helping schools respond effectively to challenges while promoting continuity of care and student success.
-
Providing timely support during periods of increased distress, significant transitions, or other situations requiring additional care and coordination.
When students experience a mental health crisis, timely intervention and coordinated support are essential. Our crisis response services include immediate de-escalation, real-time safety planning, and rapid risk assessments for concerns such as suicide risk, homicide risk, or relapse. We collaborate closely with caregivers, school personnel, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care, support successful re-entry to the classroom, and provide ongoing follow-up aimed at reducing repeat incidents. When clinically appropriate, this approach can help stabilize students within their school environment and reduce unnecessary emergency room visits while maintaining safety as the highest priority.
-
Our comprehensive assessments are designed to provide a thorough understanding of each student's strengths, challenges, and support needs. Evaluations include a biopsychosocial assessment, developmental history, review of current symptoms and underlying concerns, and assessment of suicide risk, homicide risk, and relapse potential when indicated. Screening may also include ADHD, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal violence, substance use, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns (MISA). Findings are translated into clear, practical recommendations that help school teams, caregivers, and providers make informed decisions and coordinate effective support.
