How We Can Help
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you and your therapist work collaboratively. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may focus on navigating challenges, understanding patterns, building coping skills, and creating meaningful change. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult season or working toward personal growth, therapy provides space to be heard, gain insight, and develop tools to support your well-being.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a supportive space to connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences. Join others in the community that share your struggle to tell your story, gain support, & find connections. Check out our support groups for more information on our current groups!
Couples Therapy
Relationships come in many forms, and every relationship has its own strengths, challenges, and patterns. Our clinicians support couples and partners across diverse relationship structures, including marriage, couples, LGBTQIA+ relationships, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships, and other unique relationship dynamics.
Animal Assisted Therapy
Sometimes connection can begin in unexpected ways. Animal-assisted therapy integrates the support of animals into the therapeutic process to help clients feel more comfortable and engaged. Renee partners with Bowie, and Sage partners with Starbucks to help create a supportive environment tailored to each client’s needs.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps individuals process distressing experiences, reduce the emotional impact of difficult memories, and develop healthier ways of responding. While EMDR is well known for supporting trauma and PTSD recovery, it can also be helpful for a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress, grief, phobias, self-esteem, and other experiences that continue to affect daily life. Treatment is personalized to each individual’s needs, goals, and pace. Our practice has the capacity to provide EMDR therapy through Morgan, to help gently process difficult experiences.
Peak Performance Training
Peak performance isn't just about achieving more—it's about developing the mental skills to perform consistently, adapt to challenges, and thrive under pressure. Our Peak Performance Training integrates evidence-based psychological strategies to help athletes, performers, students, executives, and other high achievers strengthen confidence, improve focus, manage stress, build resilience, and sustain high performance while protecting their overall well-being. Each training experience is tailored to the unique demands of your environment, goals, and definition of success.
Play-Based Therapy
Looking for therapy for your child that meets them at their level? Kids don’t always have the words to express what they’re experiencing — and that’s okay. We get it, words are hard sometimes! Play therapy uses developmentally appropriate activities to help children process emotions, build skills, and navigate challenges in a way that feels natural and supportive.
ADHD Evaluation
Our ADHD evaluations provide a comprehensive understanding of attention, executive functioning, and related concerns through a thorough assessment process. We use DSM-5-TR criteria, clinical interviews, standardized measures, multi-source input, and detailed reports to support diagnostic clarity and informed next steps. Evaluations may assist with treatment planning, school accommodations such as 504 Plans or IEPs, and medication management discussions.
Crisis Navigation & Referrals
When additional support is needed, we help you identify the right level of care and next steps. Our clinicians provide guidance with treatment planning, transitions to higher levels of care, acute services, and wraparound supports to help ensure you are connected with resources that fit your needs.
Family Therapy
School & Medical Team Collaboration
With your consent, our clinicians collaborate with schools, pediatricians, medical providers, and outside specialists to support continuity of care. We work alongside your support team to help ensure communication, coordination, and treatment goals remain aligned.
Family therapy provides a space to explore communication patterns, strengthen connection, navigate transitions, and work through challenges together. Our clinicians support families of all kinds—including parents and children, siblings, blended families, co-parenting relationships, and other important family connections—in creating healthier ways of relating and moving forward.
